Equipping teenagers cars with in-vehicle monitoring devices can help teens be safer drivers by alerting them and their parents about risky behaviors, a new Insurance Institute for Highway Safety study finds. Yet the devices may turn out to be tough sells not only to the beginning drivers but even to their parents, and over time the teens may become less cautious if they think their parents arent paying attention. A companion survey indicates that most parents think the technology helps their kids be better drivers.

During a graduation speech, a student walks up to the dean and cracks him on the nose. Roughly translated, he was advocating fewer keg parties. He got what was coming to him, in my opinion.

This guy has obviously reached a boiling point so instead of chasing after his friend he just chucks his cell phone right at his head. I like to think that his girl friend was on the other line and had just asked do you love me too?
